She passed away at the age of fourteen days on January 30, 2005, in Seattle.Hayley is survived by her parents, Jesse Veazey and Amy McClain, and sister, Niessie Veazey, all of Puyallup.A graveside service will be held at 12:30 PM, Saturday, February 5, 2005, at Mountain View Memorial Park.
