Brooke & family;
We were heart broken to hear of your loss. I only met Harrison a few times and he was always so pleasant and happy. It was clear that he was (and remains) a wonderful blessing to your lives as you were to his.

Brooke, I just want you to know that we love you and your family. What a gift Harrison was to everyone! I pray for you guys everyday and know that God will slowly replace your sorrow with all the happy and loving memories you will always have of Harrison and your time together. His obituary was beautiful. Continue to rest in knowing that Harrison IS running and jumping around now and as much as you guys love him, Jesus loves him EVEN MORE! Dear Brooke, Jerry and family:
Harrison rode the bus to Hunt with our son, Eric last year. I most vividly remember Harrison anticipating his trip to Disneyland. Upon his return we compared notes and spoke of our favorite rides. I first met Brooke and Harrison at South Hill Christian Church. From then on we most frequently crossed paths at Good Sam's CTU. For awhile Harrison had therapy immediately following Eric. This meant that I was privileged to watch Harrison with perhaps, his grandfather? Anyway, I enjoyed watching the relationship between the two. My heart goes out to all of you. Dear Brooke and Jerry--I didn't know Harrison well. I only met him a couple of times when I was visiting Joel and Barb (I'm Joel's sister), but he was always such a happy boy. Most of what I know of him is what I've heard from Joel and Barb and what I've read here. He must truly have been a special person indeed to have inspired such wonderful comments and well wishes. I wish I could have known him better. I heard he wanted to be a detective--this inspires a really fun image as I picture him sitting next to God, helping Him solve mysteries.

Brooke and Jerry--
There are no words that can equate feelings and loving wishes that are sent your way. The support of your good friends and family is what will buoy you up in this difficult storm. You nourished this special seed and allowed it to bloom. Now God has plucked this beautiful flower and has planted it in his special garden. I have many memories of Harrison and will send some of them to you to add to your book of remembrances. Dear Brooke and Jerry,
I've just been reading all the beautiful things that people have written here about Harrison. Each is certainly a wonderful tribute to him. I wish that I could have known him. I remember that Sunday we crossed paths on our way into Church, a couple of years ago, and seeing Harrison with you. He seemed to be such a fine young man and your love for him was obvious as you introduced him to us. My heart is so sad for your loss, but at the same time I rejoice that Harrison is with Jesus now. And how wonderful to know, without doubt, that one day you will all be together again.

I don't think I can put into words what I am feeling right now, but your son has touched my life beyond what I ever imagined. I think back on the memories and it leads to a smile and chuckle b/c I always laughed. I am thinking of you constantly and love you dearly. I am here ANYTIME you need me.
