It has taken me all these years to be able to write about my big brother . We called him peewee after peewee reese the baseball player who my grandfather Belthem loved. the pain I still feel is real and hard to let go of ,but life goes on and we must move on ,but that does not mean I do not miss him -he was my idol. I love you Vince .
Celebrating your birthday in Heaven this year. We miss you. Sleep peacefully, my friend!##imported-begin##Sharon##imported-end##
Marian, Elaine and Megan--as the holidays and Vince's birthday approach, I pray your wonderful memories of this special guy will comfort and sustain you. God blessed all of us by placing Vince in our lives. He is with his Savior now. Sincerely, Sharon##imported-begin##Sharon Chappius##imported-end##
I still cannot completely believe that he is really gone. I know that he still loves me, and no matter what he will always be with me...but it still hurts that he can't be here for all the things would have been here for. I miss him terribly and hope to see him again one day.##imported-begin##Megan Paylor##imported-end##
My memories of Uncle Vince are from my younger years. I remember naming my first teddy bear after him, because I thought the world of him. My only vacation as a youth was to Washington to stay with Uncle Vince, and Aunt Marian.
We had the best time seeing all of the sites of Seattle. Most of all I remember the phone calls twice a year, when the Broncos and Seahawks
were playing, and harrassing each other about who had the best team that year. Uncle Vince will be sorely missed by all family and friends. My deepest condolences for Aunt Marian, we love you and are praying for you.##imported-begin##Jamie Warr##imported-end##
I am so very saddened to hear of the death of my friend,Vince. He and I met in 1967 at Keesler AFB in Mississippi and become close friends very fast. Although living on opposite coasts, our friendship has been maintained for the past 40 years. He was an exceptional man, and wonderful friend, I will think of him often and miss him terribly. My most sincere condolences to his wonderful wife and family. My thanks to his brother Ed for tracking me down and calling me to let me know that Vince had passed. Vince will always be in my thoughts and prayers and hold a special place in my heart. Gary Phillips##imported-begin##Gary Phillips##imported-end##
