Gregory Lynn Sheldon's Obituary
Gregory Lynn Sheldon, 70, passed away in Spanaway, WA on Oct. 5, 2025. He was born in Kilgore, Tx on Jan 7,1955 to Harry and Edna Sheldon, the second of 4 children.
He grew up in Tacoma, WA, entering the Navy at age 18, serving in the Seabee’s.
Greg returned to Tacoma after the Navy and worked as a carpenter by trade.
The last 25 years he has been the caregiver for his physically impaired son.
Greg was a quiet man, a wonderful father, with a very loving heart. He demonstrated that love by his care and devotion to his boys, who meant everything to him.
Greg was a son of God, receiving Christ as his Lord several years ago. This is our comfort and peace. He is now with his Savior, no more pain and suffering.
He is survived by his sons, James and Jeremiah Sheldon. A brother Rick (Judy), sister Myra (Rod) and many nieces and nephews and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his son, Richard Lee, parents Harry and Edna Sheldon, and brother Sam Sheldon.
He will be missed by all, especially his boys!
