From July of 1977 to April of 1989 I was blessed to work with the Paulson family starting as an audio/video salesperson and ending the last 5 years as the Paulson’s Lakewood Store Manager. How lucky I was to have worked with Greg most of the years I worked at Paulson’s. Even though I held the business card that said I was the Store Manager, I knew that my success really was largely because of Greg. Looking back, Greg was the one that was comfortable staying in the background but still making sure that everyone was always….Doing what was right.
How lucky can someone be to make a difficult decision to leave the company and people you love to move on to another opportunity and know that everyone was so supportive all these years.
I still miss working for the Paulson family. I’m so thankful that Mel Paulson, my friend, gave me a chance back in July of 1977 to work at Paulson’s. I’m also so very thankful for Jerry & Bob along with Ken, Greg & Christopher (as I’ve always called him) to have been their friend all these years.
Greg, you have touched the hearts of so many. I miss you.
