Godwin I. Okoye's Obituary
Blessed with a Twin Brother, Godwin and Herbert journeyed through this life always close together.
Born in Enugu, Nigeria, Godwin and Herbert arrived together to the United States as aspiring university students. Among Godwin's many achievements were the attainment of his educational degrees of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Master's in Business Administration and Juris Doctorate. Following graduation Godwin along with Herbert fulfilled their life’s dream of pursuing their entrepreneurial goals.
Surrounded by many friends and family, Godwin often brought smiles and laughter to us all. As close twins, Godwin and Herbert were always seen sheltering and protecting one another. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered. Godwin is a true believer in Christ Our Lord and Savior. He was called home on Friday, March 12th, 2021 at the age of 62 years. Rest in Peace Our Dear Brother, until we meet again.
Godwin is survived by his Twin Brother Herbert, his Sister Cecilia, Sister Edna, Ex-Wife, cousins and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Godwin was predeceased by his Father and Mother Christopher and Ruby Okoye, and several elder Sisters and Brothers.
