Glesilda "Mellie" Hawkins' Obituary
Glesilda Â"MellieÂ" HawkinsBorn on September 21, 1959, in Sual Pangasinan, Philippines. She has lived in Lakewood, Washington since 1987. Mellie was employed at Plastic Molded Products for 15 years. Mellie was called back to the Lord on August 12, 2004. She will always be remembered for her innate ability to make everyone around her feel special and loved. Mellie had the most wonderful smile and laugh. Throughout her life she was compassionate, loving, and generous to all. She loved her family, friends, and pets. She lived life to the fullest and will be waiting for all of her loved ones in heaven. She will always be loved by all the lives she touched, Our Special Mellie. Mellie is survived by her son Raymond Hawkins, daughter Lucille Hawkins, and sister Lolita. Her loved ones are the Fernandez, Hawkins, Cash, Rodriguez, North, and Hultquist families. A viewing will be held on Monday, August 16, 2004 from 5PM-9PM at Mt. View Funeral Home.The family wishes to thank Shannon and Kate for all their compassionate care for Mellie.
