Glendon Richard Roff
Glen was born on August 10, 1922 in Tacoma, Washington to Ritchard and Stella Roff (Rundquist). He attended Lincoln High School and graduated in 1941. He was then drafted in 1942, and chose to join the Navy. He served on a destroyer in the Pacific, and was discharged in 1946. In 1950, he married Shirley Heinzman, and their son Dale was born in 1952. They resided in Tacoma until 1989 when they moved to Gig Harbor. Glen worked at Tacoma City Light until 1968 when he began working at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. He retired in 1982. Glen was preceded in death by his parents. And is survived by his wife, Shirley, son, Dale, grandchildren, Jeremy, and Lindsay, and great-granddaughter, Madison.
He was loved by his family, and will always be in our hearts.
