Glenda was an incredible mentor to our MOPS group for several years. She was such a gifted storyteller and brought much laughter, kindness and compassion into our lives.
It was an honor to know you, Glenda. I'll always think of you when I see a red convertible or "jellybeans". Sending prayers and love to Glenda's family.
I had the great pleasure of knowing Glenda through MOPS. She was a mentor in that group. She was truly a mentor.. helping us new moms through the young years of parenting with her smile and stories. She was so loving and caring.
Glenda was a member of the Bible Study Fellowship group, which I lead on Wednesday mornings, and even though she had to drop out early in the year because of her health, we continued to talk on the phone occasionally. I enjoyed getting to know her as a sister in Christ who had peace in the knowledge that "there is a place prepared for her" in heaven, where she is now pain-free, in the arms of her Savior. May the One who called her home now give comfort and strength to her dear family and friends.
