GLEN V. PERO Glen V. Pero of Puyallup, WA. passed away January 3, 2003 at 80 years of age. He was born in Kapowsin, WA. on February 14, 1922 and graduated from Eatonville High School in 1940. Glen was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church, Afifi Shrine, Scottish Rite - Provo Guard, Clover Lodge, State Commander of Ex POWÂ's in 1952-1953 and Commander of the Tacoma Chapter of Ex POWÂ's in 1957-1958, White Clover Eastern Star, Lakewood Order of Amaranth, Eagles Lodge, and Associate Guardian of Jobs Daughters. He worked at the Logistic Center, Fort Lewis, WA. until his retirement in 1979. Glen enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting, cribbage, pinochle, flying his own plane, and traveling in his RV with his wife Alvina. He is survived by his loving wife Alvina, children Greg (Eileen) Pero, James Jackson, Donald Jackson , Tracy (Tom) Mishka, Cindee Jackson, and Susan Erickson, six brothers, 3 sisters, and 5 grandchildren, Nicki, Jamie, Kati, Troy, & Eric, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Patricia Falconer. Viewing will be on Friday, January 10 from 11:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M. and Saturday, January 11 from 11:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. at Mt. View Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday at 4:00 P.M. in the Valley Chapel, Mt. View, Tacoma
