I was very sorry to learn of Gladys' passing. She and I worked closely for years in the Library Services Department as times and technology changed our jobs and the system. In the process, we shared laughs and confidences, happy and sad times. She was a dependable, hardworking colleague who I enjoyed working with and I am sorry we had lost touch since we retired. My sincere condolences to her family for their loss. Ann Caughey
