Gladys Nell Price's Obituary
Gladys Nell Price of Tacoma ,WA . joined her family in Heaven on March 25,2018. She was surrounded by her loving family. Our Mother was born and raised in Lacey,WA. She talked of the good times on the farm her Grandma and Grandpa Southwick owned. She would often share wonderful memories growing up in Lacey and then Olympia ,and how she met our father, Robert R.W. Price. They were married in 1950 in Olympia, WA . Mom worked a few jobs and then was homemaker and a great mother to Janice, Douglas and Nancy. After our Father's passing in 1989, mom continued to live in Spanaway,WA. She met Roy Hansen and enjoyed 22 years of companionship, fun, and laughter. Mom enjoyed any kind of travel, eating out, shopping and spending all holidays and family celebrations with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Gladys had the sweetest personality and never had a bad word to say about anyone. She loved Jesus, Bible and Devotional reading and attending church when she was healthy. Mom moved backed to Tacoma and enjoyed meeting new friends at Vintage of Tacoma. Her final days were spent at Allenmore Hospital and Alaska Gardens where she received excellent care.
Our family would like to thank our many friends and family for the outpouring of love and kindness during this time of loss.
