Gladys L. Hardy's Obituary
Gladys L. Hardy, 96, passed away on May 22, 2013 in Graham, WA. She was born on April 12, 1917 in Pine Creek, CA to Alvin R. and Ruby I. (Lindsey) Hackerd.
Gladys worked as a Bookkeeper for Rhodes Brothers Department Store and later for Life Center First Assembly of God. She will be remembered for her giving ways. Gladys always saw the needs of others and met them without fanfare or recognition.
Gladys is survived by her daughter Sharon Zemla; sons Roy (Kathy) Van Buskirk and Harry (Marilyn) Van Buskirk; step-daughter Pat Egman; step-son Paul J. Van Buskirk and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 12:00 noon, Saturday, June 8 at Living Word Assembly of God Church. In lieu of flowers, Gladys requested a donation to a charity or to the missionary fund at Living Word Assembly, 540 Eatonville Highway West, Eatonville, WA 98328 (360-832-4220).
