October 19, 1945 - August 26, 2015
Gerald, also known as Jerry to friends and family. passed away in his bold attempt to defy cancer's grip. He lost the battle, but left many beautiful memories in his wake. Jerry was an avid outdoorsman, gun sportsman. and classic car enthusiast. He loved hid-ing coins for his grandchil-dren to find. while doing his best Donald Duck impres-sion. Jerry loved to BBQ and 'make delicious pasta salad. In his youth he served in the Marine Corps. He was very passionate on politics and his beliefs, and fondly re-membered debating various topics without wavering. Al-though Jerry has left the ,physical world. he will truly be missed and his spirit will be with all who loved him and held him so close to their hearts! He is now reunit-ed with his parents, Jack and Mildred Baker, and sister Phyllis. Survived by his chil-dren Todd and Sara, and four beautiful gra rid da Lighters. Serv-ice will be held at Mountain View Memorial Park, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. SW, Lake-wood. WA 98499. on Wed., Sept. 2nd. at 11:30 a.m.
