Gerald Aldridge's Obituary
Gerald L. Aldridge was born April 11, 1935 in Tacoma, WA, and passed away on February 5th, 2015 in Puyallup, WA. He was preceded in death by his parents Dorothy G. Godders and Jerome Aldridge, and his daughter Leslie Jones.
Jerry graduated from Fife High School in 1953; he then attended the College of Puget Sound, where he belonged to the Theta Chi Fraternity. He served in the Coast Guard and Air Force. He worked for the Federal Aviation Administration at the Seattle Air Route Traffic Control Center retiring in 1988. He was a member of the Tacoma Elks Club, Fife Lions Club, and the Linden Golf & Country Club.
He is survived by the love of his life, his wife Mary Lou, son Don (Barbara) of Anchorage, AK, stepmother Helen of Tacoma, and grandchildren Ashley, Kalin, Alexander, and Daryl Jones. At Gerald's request, no funeral service is planned. Arrangements have been entrusted to Mountain View Funeral Home of Lakewood, WA.
