Georgia L. Iverson's Obituary
Georgia, age 90, was born in Chicago, Illinois on February 14th, 1916 to George andMarie Daubenspeck, and passed away May 28th, 2006 in Puyallup, Washington. She graduated from Lincoln High School in Tacoma, Washington in the early 30Â's.She married Frank Iverson in 1935. They spent 49 happy years together.Georgia was a member of Eatonville Baptist Church and enjoyed fellowship with the ladies of the Christian WomenÂ's club. She also enjoyed her Tuesday morning BibleStudy at Linda MeadÂ's home.Georgia was a fun loving person with a joy for life. She enjoyed cooking, baking,tending to her flowers and spending time with her grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her son David (1969) and her husband Frank (1984).She is survived by her sons Frank (MaryAnn) and John (Arleen); five grandchildren: Lisa, Rick, Christine, David, and Rebecca; and three great-grandchildren: Paige, Joseph and Sean.The family wishes to express their sincerest gratitude to Paula, Mary and the rest of the staff at AndersonÂ's Adult Family Home for their wonderful, loving care to Georgia.Services to be held at 1:00pm, Saturday, June 3rd, 2006 at Eatonville Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Deaconess Fund c/o Eatonville Baptist Church.
