Georgene M. Lenz (Gerritz)Â"GrammaÂ"Georgene Lenz of Fircrest, born April 5th 1924, passed away suddenly after a brief illness, surrounded by loved ones. She graduated from Roy High School in 1942 and went on from there to become a telephone operator at what was then the Bell Telephone Co. where she retired in 1981. Georgene is survived by brother; Bobby (Diane), daughter; Emily, Grandson; Ron (Shelly), Granddaughter; Kim, Great Grandchildren; Caley, Genie, Erik, Mackenzie, Emilee and very special niece Lynn Aldrich. She is preceded in death by 4 sisters and 2 brothers. Most of the people who knew her know she was a caring, loving wonderful person and just the thought of her makes you smile. Most people knew her as Gramma because she had a special way about her and she touched so many lives. Memorial services will be held Wed., Feb., 5th, at 4:00PM at Mountain View Celebration of Life Center, Aspen Chapel.
