George Tate's Obituary
Rest In Peace, Dearest George Tate, who passed away quietly this morning at the age of 94. As he would always introduce himself, his claim to fame is that he was in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He was an instrument specialist and he worked on the auto pilot mechanism for Winston's Churchill's plane.
He was always ready with a big smile and a joke (such as the best time to have a dentist appointment is at Tooth-Thirty) and of course, he always laughed at his own jokes. He was to married to my mom, Gladys Irene Morris-Tate (Sept 1919 - Nov 2003) for 57 years.
He was loved very much and he will be missed.
