George McKay 8/25/1926 - 11/8/2010
Born in Tacoma, married to Lora Seward. Retired Operating Engineer from Local 612. In 1986 he purchased property in Lakebay, WA, where he and his wife spent time with their family and hosted reunions. He was preceded in death by his wife Lora, his infant son David, grandson David, parents Eugene and Verda, and siblings Phyllis, Bill, Lois, Richard and Mary Louise. He will be dearly missed by his sisters Margaret and Jeannie, his loving children Lora (George), Carolee, George, Jr., Verda, Joyce, and Tim (Danielle), 13 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. After the death of his wife, George continued living in Lakebay, where he attended the Key Peninsula Lutheran Church. A memorial service will be held on Sat, Nov. 20, 2010 in the Mountain View Garden Chapel at 2pm.
