George Lenley Fulwider's Obituary
George “Lenley” Fulwider was born on February 2, 1922 in Ramona, South Dakota. He was the youngest and last surviving member of twelve siblings. He served in five theaters during World War II. Upon discharge, he married Vivian Coty in 1947. He worked for and retired from Washington Hardware and later Western Builders Supply. He was a member of Holy Disciples Catholic Church, third level Knights of Columbus and Tacoma Elks Club. He is survived by his wife, Vivian, of 68 years; sons, Greg (Cindy), Jerry (Theresa); daughters Sandy (Mick) Spane, Sue (Doug) Larson. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; Erik Fulwider, Gretchen Fulmer, Jen Spane-Garoutte, Jeff Spane, Aaron Fulwider, Joseph Fulwider, Kevin Larson, David Larson, 6 great grandchildren; Paityn and Drew Fulmer, Hunter and Christian Fulwider and Elizabeth and Benjamin Larson and numerous nieces and nephews.
