Lillie, Jim and I wish we could have been there with you. Jim is still in Afganistan and I was helping my new granddaughter get her days and nights turned around. We will miss Gene. Hope to see you this summer when I come up to see our daughter Sandy in Graham. Our hearts go out to you.##imported-begin##Nancy Grimm Foster##imported-end##
Lillie and family,
I was saddened to learn of Gene's passing and feel so bad that I couldn't be at his memorial service due to being in California at the time.
My sincere sympathy extends to all of his family and loved ones. I pray for your comfort and peace knowing that he is with the Lord and all was well with his soul.
May God surround you with his matchless love during this time of rememberance and grief. You will be in my prayers.
Loving, Vi Clark##imported-begin##Vi Clark##imported-end##

We are so happy we at least got to know Gene a little bit when he came to Temecula to see Norm and Patricia. His legacy will live on in all the people he influenced throughout his life. We would love to read both of his books.
Love and prayers to all the family,
Rob and Chris##imported-begin##Rob and Chris Martinelli##imported-end##
Dearest Lillie, Patricia, Mike and Douglas...Gina and I so grieve for you in "our" loss. My nostalgia-meter is off the charts in this time. You all mean so much to me. I only know a smidgen of what God has done in your life since the "good ole days". But, like the obituary says of Gene, I am confident God has your hearts fully, comforts you and you will grow closer to Him through this. Gene's tripping! Bless his heart. Mike, thanks for making the time to let us know! We love you all, Drake & Gina##imported-begin##Drake H Mariani##imported-end##
