Gayle Williams' Obituary
Gayle M. William's was born July 1st 1935 to Reuben and Helen Elertson. She grew up in Minnesota with her sister Jeanne, and after a scenic adventure west, the family moved to Los Gatos, California.
Gayle attended Pacific Lutheran university, and while there met David K. William's of Aberdeen, Wa. They were later married, and made their home in Tacoma, wa. Gayle was a housewife, raising two children, Craig and Cindy. David Williams was a teacher, and later school administrator.
Gayle enjoyed painting, music, and working in the outdoors. Gayle was a very good caregiver to her aging parents in their later years, and was always there for them. In their retirement years, David and Gayle made several trips around the western USA, and the midwest.
Gayle was preceded in death by her loving daughter Cindy, and a great granddaughter Lillyen.
She is survived by her husband David, her son Craig, his wife Sally, two grandchildren, Amber (Dan) Milfred and Ashley (Patrick) Ortler, and 6 great-grandchildren Abigail, Elizabeth, and Isabelle Milfred, Kingsten Sheilds, Warren and Evelyn Ortler. Her sister Jeanne, several nieces and nephews
She was raised as a member of the Lutheran church, and found comfort in her faith. She will be missed by all of us. At Gayles request there will be no services.
