Gary is my brother, and on behalf of him and his family, I'd like to thank all of his friends for checking in on him, and for all the wonderful words of encouragement and support. Some of the messages here are quite surprising - childhood friends with everlasting memories, and co-workers who truly enjoyed him being around; so many people who care. I have a lifetime of wonderful memories of him and I thank God for those. Of all the families in the world, the one I got to be a part of has got to be one of the best God ever made. I was truly blessed having him for my big brother, and I'll miss him eternally, but I'll take comfort in the memories of all the wonderful, silly, fun and inspiring times I had with him. Please keep his family in the forefront of your prayers. I promise I will help them get through life knowing Gary. A guy who meant so much to so many never really dies. Gary will be missed at work, his smile was always a bright spot in the day. Once, I told him he was crazy for starting over again with a family.
