Gary Suher's Obituary
Gary Suher Sr. passed away before the sun came up over his home of 35 years in Tacoma on Wednesday, May 30th, just days after his 68th birthday.
His friends at Boeing, where he worked for 25 years, will remember his sense of humor, high-standards, and dedication to his job as a machinist.
Gary was born in Tacoma in 1944. He served in the Air Force for four years and went to work at Boeing not long after he left the Service. Gary's son, Gary Jr. was born in 1966. He and Christine married in 1976. Gary and Chris spent the next 36 years together in a home they bought the following year. Gary Jr. gave them two grandchildren, Brittianee in 1985 and Garrett in 1991.
Just a year ago, Brittianee and her husband welcomed their first child, Gary's first great-grand child, Chloie.
Gary is also survived by his younger brother Larry, sister Vickie, and many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home.
