Gary Gene Miller's Obituary
Gary Gene Miller passed away peacefully on March 8th 2023 in Spanaway, Washington. Gary was born in El Paso, Texas on May 13,1949. He was the second child of Pritchard Frederick Miller and Marietta Jean (Hein) Miller. His only sibling is Pritchard Frederick Miller Jr.
Gary graduated from Bethel Senior High School in Graham, Washington. Then, following one year of post high school education at Tacoma Community College, he went on to work in the healthcare field for the State of Washington, Social and Health Services at Rainier State School in Buckley, Washington. He worked there until he retired following a long and rewarding career. He enjoyed several hobbies during his retirement. He enjoyed collecting rare coins and antique micro and mini computers. He also had a passion for researching his ancestral roots and spent numerous hours collecting historical facts and successfully traced his roots back many generations.
Gary is survived by his mother Marietta J Miller, his brother Pritchard F Miller Jr and Pritchard’s wife Vicki A (Moser) Miller, his uncle John R Miller, his daughter-in-law Aubrey M (Miller) Cruzan and her siblings Reid V Cruzan and Bradley Cruzan. Preceding Gary were his father Pritchard F Miller, his paternal grandparents Samuel P Miller and Helen A (Foltz) Miller and his maternal grandparents Daniel E Hein and Hannah J (Schlotthauer) Hein. Also preceding were two of his brother's sons Joshua Miller and Pritchard John Miller.
Instead of flowers, donations to the ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION (www.alz.org) would be appreciated.
A private memorial service is planned for the immediate family.
