Gary Lee Koch's Obituary
Gary Lee Koch Gary Koch passed away on 5-12-2009. Gary was born in Tacoma, WA on 6-19-1941. His parents, Rueben and Allie Koch, preceded him in death. His wife Linda of 45 years, daughters Kelly Jones and Staci Davison, grandchildren Gary Jones, Derek Davison and Deven Mercier, and sister Bea Hoffman and brother Ken Koch survive him. Gary was a member of the Puyallup community for many years. He owned A&R Auto Body at one time, eventually retiring from City Glass of Tacoma. After retirement he went back to work for Jaguar of Fife working among his passion - cars! Gary owned a number of Corvettes throughout his lifetime, including his last one, which he drove to work every day. Gary was a loving husband and father and enjoyed his role as Papa to his grandsons. He was also a caring brother, supportive son, and very generous with his family and friends. He and his wife Linda shared a wonderful life together with numerous memories and many blessings. A reception will be held at Mountain View Celebration of Life Center, The Willow Room, on Steilacoom Blvd. in Tacoma, Saturday, May 16, 2009 from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m.
