Gary was born July 18, 1956 in Tacoma, WA and passed away December 22, 2015 in Lakewood, WA. He is survived by his sisters Heidi Smith, Denise Horn and Michelle Pantley and his brother Michael Foster. Graveside service will be 2:30 Monday, January 18, 2015 at Mountain View Memorial Park.
