Gary C. Eaton - Tacoma
In Loving Memory of Gary C. Eaton, who passed away on March 14, 2016 at the age of 77. He was born on January 2, 1939 in Tacoma, WA to Thelma and Earl Eaton. He was a proud veteran of the US Navy Air Corps and later held various truck driving positions as a member of the Teamsters 313 Tacoma. After retiring, he moved to Offutt Lake, Tenino and spent his winters in Yuma, AZ. Gary had a passion for water and the outdoors. Some of the fondest memories, by his friends and family, are of fishing and digging for clams and geoducks with him on Harstine Island. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Maxine. Survived by his children Jeff Eaton, Jamie Adamson, and Step Daughters Kim Davila, Tammie Goodwin, 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, sister’s Georgia Brown and Lynne Strobl, brother Charles Eaton, niece’s Kim and Lisa Sedergren and nephew Don Sedergren. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
