Gary Lee Chase passed away Peacefully surrounded by family May 15th 2019 at the age of 64. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knows him. He is survived by his two children, Tammy (Paul) & Robert, His 4 grandkids Nicholas, Sonia, Jason & Cailie, his 4 siblings Dana (Ben), Wayne (Nancy), Tina (Mike) & Terry (Margo) plus several nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews & friends. Gary was a single father who prided himself in being a hard worker, providing for his family, being a rock for those who needed him and most of all being our dad. He always said we were his greatest gifts as he was ours. He was an amazing man and father. We will forever be heartbroken. Thank you for being our dad and loving us. We miss you so much already it hurts. We love you forever!
