I Mary Ellen remember his summers before hunting, that he would put the tent up in the yard to get ready for Fall hunting, it was like a summer home for Susie and I, also the laoding shed where he got his gun powder and shells ready for hunting. He would let Susie and I ride in the back of the pick-up truck to visit the hatchery in Orting. He was like a dad to me, Every once in awhile we could talk him into to playing the guitar and singing, which I thought he should be a country singer!! Sounds like it wasn't easy for him. But old age isn't easy, especially when you have to live it without the love of you're life. I will always remember your Dad and Mom with a smile and a warm feeling. They were good people. My Mom and Dad send their sympathy, but are unable to come to the service. They are still living in their home, but it's harder every day to keep them there.
