Friedrich Wilhelm Reese's Obituary
Fred Reese, born to father, Lorenz and mother, Klara and older brother to Walter, of Germany are now reunited in God's embrace. Fred found the love of his life, Erika as a young adult. He then married Erika and the two of them were blessed with their only daughter, Friedel. Fred embarked on an extensive career of 21 years in the US Army that led him around the globe. He was honorably discharged from the Army at the rank of E8 Master Sergeant. Fred continued a civilian career at Weyerhauser, where he fully retired after 19 years.
Throughout his life, Fred enjoyed many pastimes a few of which included bowling, deep sea fishing, gardening and tinkering in the kitchen. His greatest love was to be surrounded by family, which was so special to him after having lost his own as a child. He was the proud Opa of grandchildren and eventually great-grandchildren, that were to become his legacy. Fred touched many lives throughout the years and developed strong relationships that will transcend time.
