Frederick was born to Angela Frimpong and SGT Frederick Steward on May 6, 1988 in Frankfurt, Germany.
In 1989, the family returned to the United States where SGT Steward was stationed at Fort Lewis, Washington.
Frederick attended Mount Baker High School and was a sports enthusiast who excelled in body building and basketball. His favorite sport was skateboarding. He aspired to be the next Rodney Mullen.
After high school, Frederick worked with the summer youth program located on Vashon Island. He enjoyed interacting and working with youth. He became one of their favorite staff members over the course of three summers.
In 2015, he travelled to Ghana, Africa where he experienced events that profoundly altered his perspective on his existence. He was blessed to have met his Grandmother and other family members on his mother's side.
Frederick took great pride in his appearance and also enjoyed making music. He made a couple of rap videos with his friends. He loved posting on Facebook, especially food pics.
Frederick comes from a large family on both sides and will be missed dearly.

Frederick leaves behind his mother, Angela and father, Frederick, stepmother Hattie, sisters Vivian and Ashley, and brother Brandon. He also leaves behind his beautiful daughter Zariya who he loved dearly. Also numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins cherish his memory.
