Fredaline Frank Healy's Obituary
Captain Fredaline Frank Healy passed away on April 5, 2025 after a brave battle with Dementia.
Fredaline (Freddie) was the second born of twins and the daughter of Frederick & Mildred Frank of Akron, OH.
Freddie was a force to be reckoned with as the 1st female Federal Police Officer hired off the Civil Service Register, an avid supporter of women, an award winner for her Women Alert Program in DC, and a Peace Corps volunteer in Mali upon her retirement.
She was preceded in death by two of her sons (Paul & Michael) and is survived by Gerald and Renee Healy, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and extended family.
A Celebration of Life (with dinner following) will be held Friday, May 9 at 11:00am at the Faith Temple Church of God In Christ, 2814 Trenton Avenue NE, Bremerton 98310 where Freddie was an active member until her passing.
