Fred L Muntz's Obituary
Fred L. Muntz was born April 24, 1932 in Tacoma, Washington to Frederick and Mary Muntz. He was the second of their two children. Fred graduated from Fife High School and later began a 25 year career as a Tacoma Fire Fighter, retiring in 1985.
Fred made a home in Tacoma and married Shirley Remeto on July 2, 1954. His marriage to Shirley and the births of his children were the most important events in his life.
Fred served his country in the Navy and Air Force Reserves. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles and AmVets. He enjoyed working on cars and reading in his spare time. He will be remembered for being generous, strong-willed, loyal, and humerous.
Fred is survived by his children and special friends Gerald George, and Terry Ward.
