Franklin Eugene Fisher's Obituary
Franklin Eugene Fisher, 66, passed away on November 3, 2013 at his home in Lakewood, WA. He was born to George F. and Betty J. (Snyder) Fisher on January 2, 1947 in Portland, OR.
Franklin retired from the U.S. Army in 1992 as a Staff Sergeant having served during the Vietnam War. While stationed in Korea, he married the love of his life Hye Son Park on November 5, 1980. Following his retirement, he began a second career as an Alarm Master Technician installing low wattage alarm systems.
Franklin was a huge football fan that loved watching and supporting the Seattle Seahawks and the LA Rams. He also enjoyed road trips, music (Motown) wrestling, bowling, bingo and flying model planes.
He is survived by his loving wife Hye Son; sons David, Daniel (Shana) and Marcus (Tabatha) Fisher; daughters Kristen (Peter) Dale, Chong (Robert) Wallwork and Lisa (Andrew) Kolman; two brothers David and Lyn, one sister Ann and 13 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00, Thursday, November 7, 2013 at the Mountain View Funeral Home’s Celebration of Life Center Aspen Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the Funeral.
