Frank James Whitman Jr.'s Obituary
Frank James Whitman Jr.
Born on October 22, 1941
Heaven has a new angel and he is finally able to meet his dad Frank Whitman Sr. for the first time since he passed prior to his birth. Frank worked hard his entire life. He was in the Army and stationed in Germany (where he drank his fair share of warm beer), he was a mechanic, logger, and a brick layer (he loved to take us for rides and show off his work) he retired from the City of Federal way. He was a very proud man.
Frank loved NASCAR and motorcycles and was a member of the Roadrunners MC. He loved Evel Knievel and even snuck into his hospital room and shared a beer with him. He got Steph a motorcycle when she was five and they rode together.
He also had several horses while growing up and loved to tell us stories about all of them. He was a very caring and compassionate man. He had compassion but taught all his girls to stand up for themselves and not take any shit.
He loved creamed corn, potatoes, biscuits & gravy and beer! Miller Lite, Schmidt and Rainier! Loved camping, clam digging, shrimping, and more beer!
He loved his new house and the fact that it was made special just for him. Oh and Beer.
His family meant everything to him. He is survived by his beloved wife of 34 years Sylvia, daughters Kathy (David), Jayme, and Stephanie (David) his brother Dennis and Sisters Mary Ellen and Judy. He had so many other family members and lifelong friends that he loved.
His grandchildren meant the world to him and he is very proud of all of them. Jordan, Amber, Tiana, Alyssa, Danny JR, Tyler, Russell JR, Destiny, Gabe and Finley his great grandson. Also his two step-grandchildren Ethan and Gavin.
He is preceded in death by his mother Mary who he loved very much.
He loved to look at the obituaries every Sunday to make sure he was not in them…and he loved Beer!
He loved to laugh and tell jokes and kept his sense of humor no matter how bad he felt. He loved company and did we mention he loved BEER!
Cheers to you! You now have an endless supply…
