He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Judi, 4 children James, David, Frank Jr. and Jason; 16 grandchildren Janie, Sharna, Devon, Lenea, Mckenzie, Alexia, David Jr., Franklin, Judith, Samantha, Miah, Jason, Tyler, Ahnna, Leah,and Whitney; 11 great grandchildren, 1 brother and 2 sisters.
