Frank "Duke" James Neasbitt was born October 14th, 1939, in Chickasha Oklahoma. Frank was a Korean and Vietnam war veteran, and served his country honorably for 23 years. He passed away May 31st, 2020 in Tacoma Washington at the age on 80. He is survived by his sisters Dovie Bowman and Ruby Maher, children Walter, William, Robert, and Maria, and grandchildren Christopher, Daniel, Amy, Craig, Leslie, Candace, and Melanie, and 13 great grandchildren.
