To Doris and the family of Frank.
We were Frank and Doris' neighbors on North Shirley. We couldn't have asked for better neighbors to have in our first home. Frank gave great gardening tips, willingly and Doris always had the prettiest flower baskets on their patio. Frank always had a smile to share too. It just wasn't the same once they moved.
