Frank Alderice Johnson's Obituary
Frank Alderdice Johnson, Jr. died Wednesday, December 24, 2008 at his home in Puyallup. He was born in Tacoma, WA on June 25, 1929. Frank attended Sacred Heart Catholic School and Lincoln High School (Class of 1947). Frank owned and operated Depot Motors in Tacoma. He belonged to the Tacoma Elks Lodge No.142, the Ray C. Roberts VFW Post, Moose Lodge No. 1865 and the Tacoma Athletic Commission.
He is survived by their 4 children and 5 grandchildren, Tamara L. English and son, Drew, Tacoma, Marc W. Johnson, Spanaway, Eric L. Johnson and son, Tyler Osborne, Wilkeson, and Tanya S. Bennett (Terry), and children, Ryan, Nikkole, Christian, Bonney Lake.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by 3 sisters, Evelyn Peterson, Puyallup, Connie O'Neill, Brown's Point, and Emilie Martin, Dallas, TX., and 4 brothers, Earl R. Johnson (Margaret), Orting, Paul Johnson (Sue), Chris and Kevin Johnson, Brown's Point, and 24 nieces and nephews.
The family would like to especially thank the many medical providers and caregivers at the VA hospitals and from the Catholic Community Services Hospice program who managed his care and treatment during his long illness.

Services will be held at Mountain View Memorial Park, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. Friday, January 2, 2009 with a viewing beginning at 10:30am, followed by a graveside service at 12:30 p.m. A reception will follow at the Lakewood Moose Lodge located at 4220 - 109th St. SW, Lakewood. Arrangements are being handled by Mountain View Funeral Home.
