Francisco "Frank" Chargualaf's Obituary
Francisco “Frank” Meno Chargualaf of Lakewood, Washington, passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at the age of 86. He was born in Inarajan, Guam, on July 26, 1937. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He served in the U.S. Army for over 21 years and was an active member of St. John Bosco Catholic Church. Preceded in death by his parents: Lino C. & Virginia M. Chargualaf; siblings: Sr. Veronica M. Chargualaf, RSM, Teresita C. Quintanilla, Victoria C. Paulino, and Eugenia C. San Nicolas. Survived by his wife: Virginia P. Chargualaf; son: Victor (Dorisha) Chargualaf, daughter: Viv Chargualaf, son: Gerry Chargualaf; grandchildren: Jordan Chargualaf, Kyle Chargualaf, Christina (Jonathan) (Chargualaf) Cogburn, Mark Chargualaf, Gabriel Chargualaf; great-grandchildren: Greyson, Easton, Jadelynn, Quintten, KaiAna, and Kamden; siblings: Alma C. San Nicolas, Lourdes C. Benjamin, Anita C. Atoigue, and Joseph M. Chargualaf. He is additionally survived by numerous cousins,
nieces, nephews, and godchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Bosco Catholic Church, Tacoma, Washington, with Rosary preceding at 10:30 a.m. Interment services at Calvary Cemetery on Monday, May 20, 2024 at 11 am.
