Francisco Â"FrankÂ" Abutin WorrellFrank was born January 28, 1929 in Rosario Cavite, Philippine Islands to Eduardo and Isabel Worrell and died November 3, 2004 in Lakewood, Washington. Moving to the states at 19, Frank joined the Air Force and completed 4 years of service. He continued his service in the Army and served two tours of duty in Vietnam. Frank was a 25 year veteran of the US Army Reserves.He was a member of McChord Officers Club, a life member of the El Paso Elks Club and a member of the Manhattan Singles Dance Club. He enjoyed ballroom dancing at the Lakewood Elks and the South Park Community Center. We will all remember the joy he shared as he glided across the floor as if dancing on air.Frank is survived by his wife Ann Worrell, his four brothers Herman Worrell of Panama City Florida, Julio Worrell of Union City California, Eddie Worrell and Bay Worrell of Kent Washington; his six children Lydia Cooper-Nurse of Sinajana Guam, Rick Worrell of Manassas Virginia, Bernie Worrell of Memphis Texas, Barbara Rodriguez of Amarillo Texas, Valecia Snyder of Amarillo Texas and Cecil Worrell of Monroe Washington; twelve grandchildren Julian, Carlene, Franklin, Ramsay Cooper-Nurse of Sinajana Guam, Michael Cooper-Nurse of Fort Rucker Alabama, Michael Collins of Amarillo Texas, Scott Snyder of Austin Texas, Toby Collins of Nashville Tennessee, Sabra Snyder and Kristen Worrell of Amarillo Texas and Zachary Worrell of Memphis Texas; nine great-grandchildren Andrew, Monica, Krista, Gabriel, Tyler and Lucas Cooper-Nurse of Sinajana Guam, Savannah and Landon Collins of Nashville Tennessee, Alana Collins of Amarillo Texas.Memorial services will be held at the Garden Chapel Mountain View Funeral Home in Lakewood Washington, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. SW at 10 am Saturday November 6, 2004. The family will be receiving visitors after the service.
