Frances Mildred Richards' Obituary
Frances Mildred Richards, 92, was born on April 17, 1924 in Tacoma, Washington to Harry and Jesse Ball. She went to live with God on October 29, 2016.
Frances is survived by her sisters, Delores Chapel, Dorothy Calvert and Lois Stark; Children, Kathy Richards, Michele Gunstrom and Charles Richards; 11 Grandchildren, 19 Great-Grandchildren, 14 Great-Great-Grandchildren, 8 Nieces and Nephews as well as many others who loved her.
Services will be held at 1pm on Friday, November 25th in the Garden Chapel at Mountain View Memorial Park in Lakewood, Washington.
