Frances W. James' Obituary
Frances Woo James, age 78, passed away in Tacoma, Washington on October 9, 2016. She was born to the late Leong Tong Woo and May Ying Wong in Augusta, Georgia on January 11, 1938. Frances is survived by her siblings; Leona Keck, Esther Quan, Daisy Brazzeal, Donald Joe and Johnny Joe and many more loving family members and friends. She will be deeply missed.
An inurnment graveside ceremony will be held 10:30 AM, Monday, October 24 2016 at Mountain View Funeral Home and Memorial Park, Lakewood, Washington.
