Frances Marie Ingram was one of the most beautiful women that I was honored to have in my life. She was a huge influence on my upbringing and I have nothing but love and respect for her. She and my grandfather sired a group of women who are beautiful ,brave and strong and I am so thankful to have each and every one of them in my life. The Swanson/ Cochenette line possess a strength inside that lies hidden until called upon, once it has been triggered there is nothing that can stop you or hold you down, only 'we' know what I mean, and noone can deny it's truth.
