Thankyou to all who have shared memories about my mom. Seeing those and sharing in those memories has been wonderful and healing. This has been a truly difficult time for dad and me, however our hope rests in the Lord. Mom believed that Jesus was the only way to heaven. She understood that no matter how good we are, we could never be good enough, could never do enough to earn our way into Heaven. But God in His amazing love sent His own Son to pay for our debt of sin- a debt we all have and could never pay for. Wow-what an incredible thing to willingly give up your child! And the amazing love Jesus had for His people that He also willingly gave up the splendor of Heaven to become a mere man knowing of his ultimate sacrifice- death on a cross- to pay for our sin! But Glory to God that He gave us this free gift- His Son- that because Mom believed this she will live forever!! Because just as Jesus rose from the dead, we who believe -like my mom did- will rise too, Hallaluia! God is good and Mom is with him even now. All of us who truly believe, who really "get it" will also live forever! Hope does not get any better than that! What a fantastic Lord who gently prompts us so we can " get it," believe it and live it!!

Dear Aunt Fran,
You were a wonderful cook and we all miss your pizza. Besides Jesus, you were the only one I knew of that could take a single loaf of bread and turn it into a feast for an entire army! Mom and I enjoyed the many visits we had with you and Uncle Bill when you lived in the Shores. Both of you always looked on the bright side of life and it was a laugh a minute! Dear Jo Fran,
My memories are of Aunti Fran babysitting me when I was very very young at her house by the elementary school. I now live in that very subdivision with my husband and my girls. I remember her calling me her little Dooshie (not sure how to spell that) and also I remember the cookies and good things to eat. I especially remember waiting by the doorwall watching you walk through the field to come home from school,and Aunti Fran was watching soap opera's too and I would beg her to put sesame street on! lol Please know that my prayers are with you and your family and also Uncle Bill. I have cherished memories of my childhood with you and later on in my older years playing PEANUTS and OLD SHIT.
