Frances K. Browning's Obituary
Frances Katherine Browning, joined in heaven her loving husband, Burt Henry Browning Sr. her parents, 2 brothers and 4 sisters, on June 25, 2015. Frances was born February 5, 1929, to Frank Studer and Sarah E. Keene in Centralia, WA. Frances passed away at home in Tacoma, Washington after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease. Frances was one of seven children, who grew up in Puyallup and Tacoma.
Frances and Burt Sr. met and married in 1951, in Tacoma. They were together for 62 years, prior to Burt Sr’s passing in 2013.
Frances is lovingly remembered by daughter, Patti (Jerry) Squier; son Burt Jr. (Matt); grandchildren, Shara, Daniel (Stephanie), Dana (Korbie), Jeffrey (Cody) and David; great grandchildren, Emma, Brooklyn, Kaydence, and Chance. The family would like to acknowledge the loving care provided by Mom’s caregiver, Janice O’Neal and the compassionate guidance of CHI-Franciscan Hospice of Tacoma. A Celebration of Frances’s life, will be held on Friday, July 17, 2015, at Mountain View Cemetery, Celebration of Life Center at 11:00am.
