Floyd R. Knesal's Obituary
Dick was born on July 13, 1921 on a rural farm in Montana to Howard and Lillian Knesal and passed away surrounded by family on January 16, 2005. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, his brother Bob, first great grandson Austin Wood, and son-in-law Ken Meininger.Dick served in the Navy, as a Seabee in the South Pacific during World War II. He continued to build homes for many years, finishing his last duplex at age 75! Dick leaves a permanent legacy behind for his family and friends in the many homes, schools, banks and other buildings he had a hand in creating.Dick was a true Seattle team sports fan. No matter the sport or their win-lose record you could always find him listening, watching or attending their games.
