Florence Preszler's Obituary
Florence Preszler, 98 passed away on December 19, 2016. She was born in Eureka, South Dakota on September 12, 1918 to Jacob and Mary Sayler. She was a resident of Tacoma for 75 years and was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Florence was married to her one and only true love, Leonard for 64 years before his passing in 2000. She is survived by her four daughters, Sharlene Walker, Wanda Boyd, Lila Gilbertson and Wilma Baxter. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 2 greatgreat grandchildren. Florence was gracious, sweet, and easy to love. She made each person in her presence feel special. She could play the piano by ear, never drove a car, loved to sing hymns and was an amazing cook. She left this earth serving and loving her Lord and she is now rejoicing in Heaven. The family would like to thank the dedicated loving care of the staff at Franciscan Hospice.
