Florence L. Wood
Florence was born Sept. 28, 1922 at Purdy, WA. She passed away on Feb. 13, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband James R. Wood and her daughter Gayle L. Grover. She leaves behind two sons, James A. and David R. Wood, also two sisters, Catherine Roy of Dickinson, TX and Sarah Johnston of Seattle, WA. She has 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and several great-great nieces and nephews. Florence lived 50 years in the Kapowsin area. She belonged to the Eagles and the Seniors in Eatonville. Services will be in the Mountain View Garden Chapel in Tacoma on Thursday the 19th at 2:00, with burial following.
